We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests are made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
As our treatment rooms are booked and paid for in advance, late cancellations mean we are unable to offer that slot to another client or recover the cost of the room hire. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation charge.
